What Is Aloe Vera?

Aloe Vera is a green gel that is derived from the leaves of aloe plants. This plant is known to man for thousands of years for medicinal purposes such as  constipation, and as a beauty product to smooth and  soften the skin and to treat skin disorders. How much aloe vera should I use? Large doses of Aloe Vera is not recommended . As an oral supplement, aloe vera has no set dose.For constipation, some use 100-200 milligrams of aloe juice — or 50 milligrams of aloe extract — daily . For diabetes, 1 tablespoon of the gel has been used daily. High oral doses of aloe vera  is not advised. Ask your doctor for advice on how to use aloe vera effectively before indulging in..However it must be noted that Aloe Vera is helpful in a multiplicity of ways as mentioned above and should be taking in moderation either in its organic form or as supplement
