Fenugreek is an annual plant with leaves and seeds (the scientific name for fenugreek is Trigonella foenum -graecum). The plant stands about 60 to 90 cm tall that is about 2 to3 feet tall.

How to use Fenugreek for weight loss
Soak a tablespoon of fenugreek powder in a glass of water and leave it overnight. Drink the water on an empty stomach the next day. This will give you a feeling of fullness and curb the cravings for food and reduce bloating.
Mix it with green tea. Add a tablespoon of fenugreek powder in a cup. Add hot water, green tea, and a teaspoon of honey to sweeten it. Stir and drink the powder mixed with honey and green tea in the morning.
You can just chew the seed in the morning.That is if you do not mind the taste of the seeds. Moderation is key as excess or overdose is not recommended. Exercise regularly and reduce your intake of calories for the fenugreek weight journey to be effective.
